Pricing
& Availability
All
product prices are in UK sterling (£) + VAT at the current
UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change
any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a
marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer
to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the
UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are
currently offering the same product. All products are subject to
availability
and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled
you may be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable
product(s).
Discounts
Discounts for multiple purchases are now available on selected products on the website. In order to claim this discount from your order, please choose which minimum quantity you require carefully. NO RETROSPECTIVE DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN. If the same product is ordered more than once with different prices, an average cost will automatically be calculated. This is an automated system, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct products prior to payment.
Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the UK. These details will be identified clearly against the product description.
Products Details
Some
products may have an associated image or photo, these are for
reference only and should be considered illustrative. In the case
of unboxed items or testers the price of the equivalent regular
goods may be shown for reference only. We do not supply any testers
free of charge. Testers are the regular products quite often in
a bottle / packaging marked as a tester. Some items may also be
marked not for individual sale. By submitting you order to AM Cosmetics, you are confirming that you are aware of this fact
and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product.
We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such
are identified on the system.
Images and copy
All images and copy displayed on the AM Cosmetics web site are the property and copyright of AM Cosmetics Ltd. Reproduction or use by any third party is strictly prohibited.
Delivery
Due to
the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for
you to specify a delivery date.
VERY
IMPORTANT
A
signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels
on delivery.
INSURANCE
DISCLAIMER. Please note that goods are supplied ex works and are not insured by us for orders from outside the UK. This exclusion includes all countries outside the United Kingdom. For customers in the excluded areas it is your responsibility to insure goods, or have a standard insurance policy in place, if you wish them to be insured in transit
VAT Applicable
VAT at the current UK rate is applicable to all UK customers.
VAT is also applicable to EU customers where a valid EU VAT/Tax ID is not supplied.
VAT Not Applicable
EU customers who supply a valid EU VAT/Tax ID will not be charged VAT.
VAT will not be charged to any customers outside the EU.
In the event that VAT is paid incorrectly, a credit note will be raised, and deducted from your next invoice.
VAT
For all orders picked up by non UK customers, VAT will only be refunded once a valid VAT id and Proof of shipping has been received. For all non EU countries VAT will only be refunded once a valid Proof of shipping outside the EU has been received.
You will be charged our standard UK Mainland charge of £11.95 at the checkout. If any further shipping costs are incurred you will be contacted by us for payment.

Payment
Minimum UK Order Value is £165 +VAT + Postage & Packing
Minimum Non UK Order Value is £250 + Postage & Packing +VAT (where applicable)
Unless confirmed, goods will only be sent to the
authorised registered card address. Further checks will be required
in order to send to any other address which may lead to delays
in your order being processed.
Debit cards, cheques or postal orders will not incur a transaction
charge.
Returns & Order
Cancellation
We
do NOT sell goods on a sale or return basis. However,
if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please
contact us on 01572 755 240 within 10 days of order receipt.
Order Acknowledgement
You
will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order with AM
Cosmetics.
We
reserve the right to decline any order.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Security
We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our
power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment
secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot
be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party
procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or
ordering from AM Cosmetics.
Data Privacy
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third
party at all. We are registered under the Data Protection Act
1984 (Reg No. N1188167). The privacy of your personal information

From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of New
arrivals or promotions from AM Cosmetics. In all e-mails you
will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list,
which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list.
You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request
to be added to our mailing list at a later date. If you have saved
your login details, you may also opt out or in from future mailings
by changing your mailing list options. AM Cosmetics will not
pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to
do so as part of the order verification process or if required
to do so by UK governing law.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree
to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions,
and no amendments will be accepted by us.
